About Lee Davis Jr.

Hello, and nice to meet you. My name is Lee, and this is where I tell you a bit about myself.

I am a father, a grandfather (hard to believe, I know), a son, a brother, and a playful, energetic, loyal husband to my best friend, D’Yan. I was born and raised in Florida and have traveled a fair bit, including nearly two years living in Afghanistan. I am happiest where the ocean is blue and the sun is bright, especially in the Caribbean or the Mediterranean. I choose to navigate life with empathy and kindness. Give it a try and watch your world flourish.

When I am not crafting stories, you will find me strolling the sandy streets of New Smyrna Beach, finding solace by the ocean, basking in the sun, spending time with family, losing myself in books, exploring our fascinating world, or diving into research rabbit holes that eventually surface in my fiction.

I am a bit of a hedonist and pursue pleasure without apology. I am drawn to the thin line where rational thought meets primal impulse and where the mind becomes both sanctuary and saboteur on the journey toward becoming our whole selves.

We only live once. I would rather dare and fail than regret not trying.

My stories explore the crossroads of crisis, the moments when ordinary people face extraordinary circumstances and discover their true nature. I write narratives where emotional authenticity meets pulse-quickening tension, shaped by my fascination with culture, human resilience, and the subtle currents that influence our choices.

At the heart of each tale stands the character, complex individuals whose journeys are forged in the fires of raw emotion, unwavering loyalty, and quiet courage.
